baby "r"

Remember this sweet family??  They added this sweet baby boy to their family, and at 12 days old, he did just great for his session.  Got some super sleepy ones, some super sweet ones with his big sister, and a super family shot!  Who know playing peek a boo with her blankie would get such a great smile out of sweet little "e"!  Thanks for letting us capture your new family of 4!

Baby "P"

"P" might have been the easiest baby to photograph that I've ever had.  I don't think I heard one peep out of her the entire session until it was time to eat.  So content and easy going. She was really strong for being a few weeks early too...held the first pose all by herself...no composite here :)  Must be her relaxed and wonderful parents.  I love the expressions in the photos of them holding her.  My favorite part about newborn sessions is hands-down seeing, feeling, and capturing the way new parents look at their little bundle of wonderfulness.  Brings me back to how I felt with each of mine.
Without further adieu...here is little "P".

Some serious sweetness

Meet little "T".  She was an absolute dream to photograph.  So content, slept through the entire first part of her session, only dirtied one of my blankets...she saved most of the mess for her Daddy's lap :)  We've so enjoyed getting to know her parent's throughout their life journey together.  We were able to photograph their engagement, wedding reception, pregnancy and now this wonderful little gift!
Congrats E &T!  It was a pleasure meeting your new little princess, can't wait to watch her grow up.

My husband was watching me while editing this photo and thought it looked like I "tied her up in a knot".  I think it is amazing how flexible they are and to get a glimpse of what she looked like all tucked up before she was born.

Love how absolutely tiny she is in her Daddy's arms!

#4

This little man is welcomed by his 3 older brothers and boy did they love him.  Especially brother #3...if he wasn't touching little "n", then life was just not ok :)  It was so fun to watch these boys interact and to see how much they loved their newest brother!  Thanks for letting us capture this sweet time in your family, "M&B" and it was so nice to see you again, "M".  Your boys are so great :)

"O" baby

This little lady was 5 weeks old when we took her pictures (which in the newborn photography world is ancient!), but you would have never known because she was just a sleepy dream :)  Once she started waking up, we ventured outside to do some with her cutie brother, and she was right back to sleep.  I'm sure the 95 degrees and 100% humidity might have had something to do with it!  Thanks for the fun session and letting me capture these for you!

baby makes 3

This little cutie pie "E" wasn't really in the mood to have her picture taken when we first got there.  But after some cuddles and a nice tight swaddle she was out like a light :)  With this warm weather, it always gives us a reason to take these babies outside too, which is extra fun and they seem to love!  And we had to get some with big brother and big sister too...and don't worry, all babies smile when we ask them too :)  Thanks for letting us come and capture miss "E" during this sweet time.

baby "b"

This little man was born to one very special mama client of ours...our very first maternity client who we have then seen over the last year and a half with her cutie pie daughter!  Now a new baby boy has entered the picture and it appears they are in love.  Especially big sister "L".  Baby "B" wasn't exactly thrilled with the idea of sleeping so much during his session, so "L" was right there to give him anything and everything :)  And we couldn't leave out the football for daddy...thanks for letting us capture, once again, the sweetness of this phase for mr. "b".

sweet "p"

This little sweetie is #5 for this wonderful family!  It must be the weather this last week, but these newborns just don't want to stay sleeping for us :)  But, that gives us an excuse to venture outside with them too...usually calms them down and also provides for some really great shots!  Thanks for letting me come hang out and have some fun with your little lady!  She's perfect :)

Hard to believe that it was about this long ago that I met this mommy for the first time, and she was maybe 2 or 3 at the time!  Crazy!  Her family has had a place in my heart since we met and even though we have drifted over time, I still think of her family often.  "B&E" welcomed little man "L" about 7 weeks ago, so he wasn't so crazy about staying asleep and getting all curled up for me :)  But, I think we managed to get some great family ones and some of the little man himself.  So nice to see you "B" and to meet your sweet family.  Thanks for letting me capture this special time for you!

One lucky little guy

This little guy is sure lucky to have joined such a great family.  Not to mention the "toys" his Grandpa has.   We had so much fun with little "N".  He slept like a dream for his entire session!  I had literally been dreaming about photographing him using his Grandpa's amazing Camaro for months so it was so exciting to see it come to life...and that he cooperated for it!  I'm now already planning his next sessions in my head using the cars :)  My other favorite part about this session is that photographing newborns in the summer means we can head outside.  Have your babies in the summer people!
Now sit back and relax.  Introducing "N" for your viewing pleasure.
